Powertrain

A forklift has to be really tough to last for many hours of heavy use within extreme environments. The electrical system of the lift truck is responsible for connecting the major nerve centers of the truck. Therefore, the electrical system within the lift truck must be durable and reliable for the most demanding dry/wet and hot/cold operations. There is much sophistication required in order to control truck functionality.

Hydraulics

The lift trucks hydraulics are the muscles of the vehicle, providing the necessary force to raise numerous heavy loads. All Yale trucks feature industrial grade hydraulic parts. Some of these components comprise: heavy-duty hydraulic valves, leak resistant O-ring face seal fittings, long lasting tilt and hoist cylinders, and fine micron filters. The control valve has been strategically placed in order to prolong part life by reducing exposure to heat sources.
