Utilize a Pneumatic Forklift
You could usually find pneumatic forklifts in warehouses and shipping operations. Also known as pallet trucks or pump trucks, they are used in order to transport things and supplies around on wooden pallets utilizing metal forks mounted on a wheeled counterweight. The counterweight has a pump that could lift the forks off the ground. A pallet truck is designed to be operated by one person.
Pallet trucks must be operated with care to avoid loss of control while raising heavy loads. Machine should be inspected prior to operating. Clear the wheels area of any obstructions. Check that the handle smoothly turns. The pallet should be carefully stacked to be able to ensure that nothing will fall off during transportation.
On the end of the pallet truck's handle, squeeze the level situated on the inside of the metal loop to release the air in the pump and lower the forks. The forks can then be pushed into the pallet slots. The forks should be at the center to ensure even distribution of the pallet's weight across them. Raise the forks from the ground by pumping the handle of the pneumatic lift until the pallet has cleared the ground completely. Do not lift the pallet too high or the forklift can unbalance.
Move the pallet by pulling on the handle and dragging it behind you. It is not safe to push the pallet in front of you because the momentum can cause it to lose control. Slowly take turns and don't try to stop suddenly. Stop slowly, squeeze the lever, and the forks will lower to the ground. Lastly, remove the forks from the pallet by pulling them out. Return the pallet truck to its permanent place.
